WILTGEN from Luxemburg to WIS. to ILL

I'm looking for information on Michael WILTGEN and his parents. I have a Frank J WILTGEN b.4 Jul 1883 in Wisconsin, d. 5 June 1960, he married Mary K Brosius from Luxemburg Germany and died in Evanston ILL. Michael is Frank's father. There children are Alfred F WILTGEN b.11 May 1907
William b.20 July 1908
Frank b. 15 June 1910
Anne M b. 26 Dec 1913
I've seen a 1920 census that says the children where all born in Illinois. The census says that Frank's father Michael WILTGEN was born in Luxemburg and his mother is from New York. I found a Michael WILTGEN in the same district on the same census as Frank's family, but I can not confirm that he is Frank's father, I belive he is. The Michael that I found on the census was born in Luxemburg and so are where his parents,he is widowed in the 1920 census and living alone at age 77. All the people listed above I found on a 1920 census living in Evanston City, in what looks like Ridgeville township. I would think that there must be a connection with all the WILTGENS from Luxemburg to Wisconsin to Cook County Illinois. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm always willing to share information. Thanks.
