Wilson postings by Wilburn Wright

First of all, I am of Wilson descent and view all postings of "sources, evidence and facts" as just another clue until I can obtain the actual documents to make my own judgment as to their validity.I have been doing genealogy since 1989 and have often seen what are considered primary documents that are contradictory so I rely on preponderance of evidence.I consider no one's posting as more valuable than another's.They are all just a piece of the puzzle for researchers to sort through and come to their individual conclusions - so I would not like to see any contributor removed from this site no matter how elegantly or poorly they are able to express themselves.I have seen many things posted in online Family Trees of my distant grandparents that are totally wrong and sometimes laughable which I usually make one attempt to correct.A good, healthy debate is often beneficial, but if I spent all my time trying to force others to my way of thinking, then genealogy would no longer be an enjoyable hobby but a vindictive vendetta.I am still trying to determine the parents of Robert Wilson and Esther Corouthers who married on Feb 22, 1814 in Blount Co TN.Mr. Wright was the only one who responded to my posting.....just saying......
