Here are some more records -from that person on the internet claiming the above records the Loose paper File #60 in the Sumner County Archives ....that does not exist ?
Ref: Loose Paper File #60 of Sumner County Archives along with his father Zaccheus Wilson (Jr.) and science there was no Will of either man on file except record therein on Jonathon Wilson. Now this document or/record is some three years after David Wilson (Major) death in 1803, and is handled by his son David Wilson (Jr.) who had married Jenny Wear (Weir) Wilson.
“This indenture made the 21st day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and six between Zaccheus Wilson (Jr.) of the State of Tennessee and County of Sumner of the one part and Jonathon Wilson (Sr.) of the State and County aforesaid said of the first part Wilson oath that the said Zaccheus Wilson (Jr.) for said consideration of the same of material love & affection his love for son Jonathon Wilson of the state and County afore said of the other part the Wilson the son of the said Zaccheus Wilson (Jr.) for and in conservation of the sum of material love and affection he have for his son said Jonathon Wilson (Sr.) as his son hath given & granted by these present doth give and grant to the said Jonathan Wilson (Sr.) a certain tract or parcel of land lying & being in the said County of Sumner and in the state aforesaid on the waters of Station Camp Creek and containing by estimation Eighty nine acres being part of tract of one hundred & sixty-six acres granted to David Wilson (his brother) by letter patent bearing the date of the 20th day of May 1792, then conveyed from the said David Wilson to the said Zaccheus Wilson (Jr.) by deed bearing date the 31st day of March 1798;
Beginning at a small chestnut oak in Wm. Rolls line there with his line Joseph Steele line West One hundred and eighty five poles to Samuel Wilson in corner stake. The said Wilson line East One hundred and five poles etc…….. the said Jonathon Wilson his heirs and assigns forever and the said Zaccheus Wilson (Jr.) for himself and his heirs executor and assigns that the above mentioned land with all the appendances to the said Zaccheus Wilson (Jr.) will forever warrant and bequeath of the land and I set my hand and seal this date above first written.”

This deed of gift from Zaccheus Wilson (Jr.) to his son Jonathan Wilson (II) was duly acknowledged by the Zaccheus Wilson (Jr.), and noted to be registered.
