Sir I am NOT going to keepon debating what is and what is not written as I have what is written. I will let you see some of what is stated herein ...and you make fun of whatever you care to:
The first child born was daughter Narcisa Wilson born ca.1765 who then married Jonathon Wilson her cousin the son of Zaccheus Wilson (Jr.) her father’s nephew Jonathon Wilson (Jr.) born ca.1763. The marriage took place prior to the family move to Sumner County ca.1784. For Major David Wilson is shown on the jury list for 1787 in Sumner County, North Carolina (now Tennessee). This son-in-law Jonathon Wilson was the son of Major David Wilson’s nephew Zaccheus Wilson (Jr.), his brothers’ son who had came to Sumner County in 1784. It appears as those It he was first named in Major David Wilson Will of 1803 and perhaps going to be one of the executor to that Will filed October 16, 1803 in Sumner County. From the reading of the Will - later, it appears as those he had changed that will to read thus ….Abstract: “and land he was to have receive of me“…. just prior to his own death in December 29, 1803.
Record is on file: Will Book 1, page 19, October 16, 1803 Sumner County Archives for Jonathon Wilson first recorded as his son-in-law who was slated to be the Executor of the Will filed …. however when Jonathon Wilson own death in November of 1803 just prior to December 29, 1803, changed the final outcome as can be seen in the proven copy of his Will in December 29, 1803, by his two sons Zaccheus Wilson and James Wilson, approved March 6, 1804 in Gallatin, Sumner County, Tennessee and on file therein as well as the Sumner County Archives.
Major David Wilson words in the will was changed with the naming of this son-in-law Jonathon Wilson then as in the past tense indicating his death sometime as to his filing in October 16, 1803 in Sumner County and the proven in December 29, 1803, then proven March 6, 1804 in open Court in Sumner County. Exerts from Major David Wilson Will … “It is also hereby directed that my executors make a deed in fee to my son-in-law Jonathan Wilson for one hundred and twenty acres of land out of any lands not hereby disposed of, equal in value to the Harpeth lands which he was to receive This an extract of the will which names his brother Zaccheus … Also a deed in fee to my brother Zaccheus Wilson one hundred acres of any lands not hereby disposed of equal in value to what he was to receive of me on the Harpeth. Point being no one could make these happening up, things are what they are:
**This one point to make clear in your search is that Jonathon Wilson born ca.1763 the s/o Zaccheus Wilson (Jr.), was the son-in-law names in the will of Major David Wilson in 1803. The marriage to his daughter Narcisa Wilson in ca.1783, who then had died just prior to his father-in-law, David Wilson’s own death December 29, 1803. Major David Wilson had eight children of his nine living at the time of his death ca.1803 as can be seen from paper file for him Loose file #60 Sumner County. Jonathan Wilson his son-in-law so named in his Will of 1803 by Major David Wilson then became confused for his father the Jonathon Wilson senior’ (1762-1803) after he died in Sumner County in Nov. 1803, with his widowed wife Narcissa Wilson and four children. He becomes confused for his father Jonathon Wilson the senior’ born ca.1762, and particularly after coming into middle Tennessee with his now widowed mother Narcissa Wilson ca.1805/06. Major David Wilson had died December 29, 1803, then his son-in-law Jonathan Wilson (Jr.) in Nov. 1803 or/ just prior to his own death Dec. 29, 1803. This son Jonathon Wilson (Jr.) born ca.1784 had becomes confused for his father after his father’s death in 1803, Mecklenburg County. Most of the people in search of this family and the children are unaware of this occurrence because of not finding then reading the Will of Major David Wilson, in which he explained by his wording in the Will in 1803. Jonathon Wilson (Jr.) born ca.1784/85 has become confused for his father Jonathon Wilson the senior’ born ca.1762, who married Major David Wilson daughter in ca.1784 before Major David Wilson and his brother Captain Zaccheus Wilson who had came into the middle district of Sumner County, North Carolina (now Tennessee) in 1784. Jonathon Wilson (Jr.) ca.1785 is believed to have married Elizabeth (?) unknown, before locating into by 1830 where he is of record. He was more or less confused for his father the senior’ Jonathon Wilson born ca.1762 had died between October and December of 1803, as seen in his father-in-laws Will of 1803 in Sumner County. This son Jonathan Wilson (Jr.) (1784-1857) died October of 1857 which most people at this late date of their family are still trying to say was his own father Jonathan Wilson (Sr.) born ca.1765-1803. There are among the many who have failed to see by records for both men and their own ancestry. They still believe to be the father the senior’, rather than his son Jonathan Wilson (Jr.) born ca.1784 who then died 1857 Texas. Which can be proven and seen in the records/ documents and called out in his uncles own Will of December 29, 1803. His father-in-law death records clearly show he was death, however people have ignored it. Major David Wilson wrote out his Will December 19, 1803 and was proven in open Court until March of 1804 Gallatin Tennessee by Zaccheus and James Wilson In lieu of Jonathon Wilson his son-in-law originally filed in Sumner County October 16, 1803. Jonathon Wilson (Jr.) had at least one brother John Wilson born ca.1790 and two sisters’ Amanda born 1786 and Anne Wilson born ca.1788. His son John Wilson died on 26 October of 1838 in Marshall County unmarried. Will Bk. A, Marshall County, TN

**The one point to make clear in this search that Jonathon Wilson born ca.1764 the s/o Zaccheus Wilson (Jr.), is the son-in-law named by Major David Wilson by his marriage to his daughter Narcisa Wilson in ca.1784, then had died prior to his father-in-laws Major David Wilson death December 29, 1803 or/between October 15th & December 29th of 1803. This can be seen written with the wording in David’s Will however several people have not heeded or/even seen or read this Will, then that mistake will cost them their own lineage connection. Major David Wilson had eight children at the time his death and be seen with the eight equal shares of his property lots. Jonathan Wilson (Jr.) born ca.1785 and James Wilson born ca.1787 are but two that has come to the attention of this researcher along with his three daughters whose names are not known at this time. Jonathan Wilson (Jr.) becomes crossed with his father after his death in ca.1803 and can be seen more often by the dates given for this Jonathon Wilson (Jr.) when he and his widowed mother Narcisa Wilson comes into middle Tennessee in about 1806. But several records have him surviving until 1857 which of course is obscure since he died just prior to his father-in-law noted December 29, 1803. The Jonathon Wilson (Jr.) born ca.1785 and died 1857 in Texas that several people still believe is the father Jonathon Wilson (Sr.) 1763 it to be him even though it can be proven if one reads his Will of sot in 1803 by his own father-in-law Major David Wilson in December 29, 1803 and then proven in open Court until sixth day of March 1804.
Ref: Loose Paper File #60 of Sumner County Archives along with his father Zaccheus Wilson (Jr.) and science there was no Will of either man on file except record therein on Jonathon Wilson.
