I was interested to hear about the possible connection to Wilsenham. I am trying to pull together a family tree for the Wilsenham's in the UK. We can get back to about 1850 with William 1854, Richard 1854 and Charles 1859 London.

The origin of the name is a problem. So far we have two theories - Dutch, or French, having moved to Scotland and then to London.
