Dorr, if you are still checking this forum perhaps you can help me. On the subject of Eliphalet's children, I've seen quite a few partial genealogies, and I know that one of his daughters was Fannie who married Abel Jennings. I am wondering if he had a daughter born 1831 who either was named or went by "Harriet".
If so, then this Harriet married a certain John Agard just before 1850, had a son named Emery or Emory born just after 1850. Harriet died and Emory was placed with Fannie and Abel for at least 1860 (he's 9) but by 1870 John had married again and Emory was back with him. I believe for several reasons (including the fact that that Emory was not yet born in 1850) that Emory's age of 21 in 1870 is overstated by two years. Thanks for any help you can offer. If I can only identify "Harriet" then I can get serious about John who is a mystery in my family. Stephen Agard
