Hi! It seems like you are in the same spot as the rest of us. We do not know what became of John Willson either. Do you think you may be a descendant? The Willson Family by Richard Eugene Willson says John Willson probably died young as he was not mentioned in his father's will.

Only 2 of James Willson's children were tracked down through the generations Josiah Willson, Sr. and James Willson, Jr. The other 6 kids: Samuel, Elizabeth, John, Sarah, Esther, and Anne are not followed. Please write if I can tell you anything further. I have Richard's books.
