Willson's of Sussex Co. New Jersey to Canada HELP PLEASE

Around 1790 my Wilson/Willson family left Sussex co., New Jersey.
I am trying to find information on them before they left to go to Grimsby/Saltfleet, Canada.

Looking for husband of Ann/Anna Willson she was b. 1739 d. 1815 and father to Hugh Willson b. 1774 d. 1858 (married Anna Lewis), Joseph (married Ruth Carpenter), Hon. John Willson b. Aug 5, 1776 (married Elizabeth Bowlsby) and Margaret Willson.

When they left in 1790 the husband/father seems to have already been deceased.

Any information on any of these people and the name of husband/father and Ann/Anna maiden name would be greatly appreciated.
