I am looking for any information about Sarah Ross b. 1848 in Barry Co. Mo. and married to Benjamin Willoby in Mo. abt. 1860. Benjamin was b. 1845 in Indiana.
She was the daughter of James A.Ross and Charity aka Charlotte Baze, Ross, Black.
I find Charlotte Black on the 1870 Vernon Co. Mo. census with her 3 other children by Abel Black. Next door is Benjamin Willoby, with wife Sarah and 2 yr. old son, named Albert Willoby.
I would like to know where Sarah was as they was not on the 1880 census in Vernon Co. Mo. Seems they disappeared totally. The name has also been spelled Willoughby, but the census shows Willoby.
I would appreciate any help if anyone has any info. about this family.
