I am a Willmore from London although i live in the US now. My Granddad Sam was born in Bow and he is in his mid eighties so maybe the ones you are looking for are related to him. However, I have a vague recollection of being told when I was a child that his father had moved from Cumbria or somewhere near there to Bow with his brother who was a soldier.
