MRS. ISAAC (CATHERINE A. WILLIS) WILLIAMS

Mrs. Catherine A. Williams passed away this morning at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. G.F. Bennett, of Charlotte township, death being the result of the infirmities of age. She had made her home with Mr. and Mrs. Bennett for the past five years.
Catherine A. Willis was born near Davenport, Iowa, April 18, 1945. She moved with her parents to western Illinois and later to the vicinity of Kirksville, Mo., where she was united in marriage with Isaac Williams. Seven children were born to the union, five daughters and two sons, two of the daughters and the husband having preceded Mrs. Williams in death. The surviving children are: Will I., of Fort Scott, Kan.; Alfred P., of Great Falls, Mont.; Mrs. Susie Van Gohren, of Kansas City, Mo.; Mrs. Alma Bennett, of Chatsworth. She also leaves to mourn her death the following sisters and brothers; Miss Francis Willis, in Missouri; Mrs. Susie Darrow, in Oklahoma; Mrs. Ellen McCartney, in Kansas; Luther W. Willis and Samuel Willis, of Kirksville, Mo.
The remains will be taken to Kirksville, Mo., starting from Forrest on Saturday morning, and the funeral will be held in that city.
