The Willie I'm related to from Otterford is Henry Willie b.25OCT1699 m.Mary Billings 05JUL1730 d.14SEP1792 However each generation in my direct ascendancy seems to move between Otterford, Taunton and Parishes in NOrth Devon... Is this the line of Willie's you are referring to???
