Isaac Allen Williamson born 1789 PA

Is there anyone still researching Isaac Allen Williamson who moved to Columbiana Co Ohio in the 1820's and is buried in Oskaloosa, Iowa. My gggrandfather William Williamson, born 1793 in PA, moved to Stark Co OH, a neighboring county in mid 1830's. He had a son named Isaac Allen. Both are supposedly of Welsh ancestry. Might there be a connection or just a coincidence? Both seem to be brick walls.
Thankyou.
