Death of Travis Williamson in letter circa 1911-1919
Posted by: Glenn Clark (ID *****2437) Date: January 01, 2011 at 06:36:48

I have a letter from my g-grandfather to my grandmother which was written sometime between 1911 and 1919, which mentions the death of a Travis Williamson. I suppose, based on where my ggfather lived during that time period, that Mr. Williamson was living in either Nottoway County, Virginia or Lunenburg County, Virginia.

If you have any information on this Travis Williamson - particularly his date of death, it would be very helpful in my determining the date of this letter that I have since the letter was written the day after Mr. Williamson's death.

Thanks very much for your help.
