My father, Lon Edward Williamson was born in 1913 in Vincennes, Indiana. His father/grandfather was Alonzo Williamson. His mother was Edith (Ashley) Williamson, and she had two sisters I believe, one named Agnes. I know that the names and last names are not adding up to Agnes Edith Williamson, but I remember my father stating that a cousin (maybe distant) was Lew Wallace, the author of Ben Hur. All of the names..Agnes, Edith, Wallace, and Williamson could be just a strange coincidence?
I will look into this a little further this evening. Interesting!
