Therman Elmo "T.E." Williams
b. 14 Oct 1918 in Louisiana
d. 02 Jan 1999 in Rapides Parish, LA.
married: Annie Louise Rowley b. abt. 1912

I have no idea who Therman's parents are, Annie's parents were James Norfleet Rowley and Pearlie Perkins.

James and Pearlie are buried in Amiable Cemetery, Rapides Parish Louisiana.
