I found this on "Footnotes.com" it may be of some interest
Not sure who S.W. Woods was, may have been an agent or attorney of the Widow of Seth Williams, but maybe some one connected will understand.
The letter with the Certificate apparently was sent by the Revolutionary War Pensions dept. to the for the wrong Anna Williams.
Hon. Sir,
I enclose the Certificate of Anna Williams, Widow of Wareham
Williams(rec'd this day). The same probably sent to me instead of a Certificate for Anna Williams Widow of seth Williams and of her first Husband Isaac Gallup both
in the Revolutionary War whose Certificate may have been sent to some other person through mistake or accident. If so please have the mistake corrected & by so doing and forwarding the Certificate of Anna Williams Widow of
Joseph Gallup to me you will much oblidge,
