Isaac Ventnor Williams was born in May? of 1850 in Wales and died Jan 22 1922 Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
He immigrated to Canada/USA (unknown whether with or without parents) and was a Bugler in the civil war. His occupation is stated as being a cooper. He settled down in Barrie, Ontario, Canada, and married Anne/Annie Elizabeth Brigham d/o William Brigham and Jane Steele. They had 10 children, Joseph born about 1872, Isaac St.George (born St.George) 1875-1921, Worswick Ovo 1877-1973, Elizabeth b.1878, Wilberforce F. b.1882, Walter G. (probably George after g-grandfather George Brigham) b.1884, twins Valentine and Edwin Stead b.1886, and Winnifred (Winnie) Jane Letitia Jessie b.1891
Isaac was the son Edward Williams and Catherine Wynn, however, that may be incorrect as I have heard his parents' names may be John and Jane.
