I do know of the Moses "Maurice" Williams that you have info on, but he died in Chester Co., SC in 1821, according to David L. Todd, Jr., researcher of that line. I thought I might be related to that line, as some of Moses "Maurice" Williams' line migrated to Fayette and Lamar counties in AL and lived in the same neighborhood as did the descendants of my GGF William Dillard Williams. A DNA sample from my cousin Roy Williams does not match a DNA sample from a descendant of Moses "Maurice" Williams, so that theory was discarded.
