I found this obit in the Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2002 Oregonian Newspaper.
IDA BELL KELSAW
A service will be at 11 am Thursday, Oct. 17, 2002, in Rose City Funeral Home for Ida Bell Kelsaw, who died Oct. 12 at age 78.
Ida Williams was born Jan. 5, 1924, in Cypress, Ill. She moved in 1945 to Portland. She was a nurse's aide at St. Vincent Hospital and later a presser for American Laundry. In 1941, she married Virgil A.
Survivors include her husband; sons, Michael Sr. and Virgil Jr.; and two grandchildren.
