In his will dated 1 Feb 1820, Isaac WILLEY (1775-1820) leaves to his son Isaac WILLEY (1804-1850) "One house and lott laying in Harford County bounded on the river Susquehanna, also a small tract of land adjoining said house and lott." This they called the Land of Promise.
He was also left a sorrel colt.
