It's always been a mystery to me. Ashtabula Death records show Andrew Jackson Willey dying in Morgan. So I imagine he's buried in Rock Creek somewhere. You'll notice a group of grave stones in the back of the cemetery. These graves were moved from the location where the library sits. When you checked the records did Cybil's name come up?
I also remember going to another cemetery with grandma somewhere in Rock Creek but I don't have a clue where it might be. It was really off the beaten path. Not even an entrance for a car. I really kick myself for not paying attention. Mark
