Looking for any information on Jack Willard born 19 May 1919 in Los Angeles, Cailifornia, died 17 Apr 1980 in Phoenix, Arizona. He married Mary Sibilla prior to the birth of their daughter Michelle Willard born 31 July 1962. I do not know where for sure Michelle was born, but the family was living in Phoenix in 1968. I would like to find the place and date of marriage (Mary lived in PA prior to marrying Jack) and they may have married in PA or AZ. Mary Sibilla was born 26 March 1937 probably in PA.
