John WILL and Delila Hinton WILL family of VA/WV

I'm curious about the John and Delila Hinton Will family. I've been stumped on identifying the family of the wife of my third great grandfather Jesse Phillips, Jr. The Randolph County, WV marriage record shows his 1838 marriage to Mary WILT. However a deed for the property adjoining theirs Near Glady Fork is in the name of John WILL, and another record shows a transfer of some acres from John Will to his daughter Mary Phillips. Separately there are death records for Delila, age 26, and Rachel, age 46, daughters of John and "D" Will (both in June 1856).

John and Delila Hinton Will are discussed in a previous thread here. Could they have had a daughter Mary born around 1808? Would they have lived in the Glady Fork area of Randolph County - which as of 1843 became part of Barbour County where the above land records are? It seems to fit, but...?
