I have some research that I believe might be helpful to someone one day. So, I think I'll post it for future reference.
Neil Wilkinson born 1790 in NC married to Elizabeth Tootle born 1795 in NC.

Margaret Wilkinson born 28 May 1823 in NC married Allen Conner died 24 Dec 1906 in Nassau Co., FL
Jane Wilkinson born 15 Apr 1825 in NC Some research has her marrying into the Overstreets, but it looks unlikely to me.
Susan Wilkinson born 08 May 1827 in NC married Henry Conner
Mary Wilkinson born 12 Jul 1829 in GA married Silas A. "Stog" O'Quinn
John Wilkinson born 08 Jan 1831 in GA Some research has him marrying into the Langfords, but it looks unlikely to me.
Daniel Patrick Wilkinson born 15 Jun 1833 in GA married Martha Eliza Roberts died 15 May 1906 in Duval Co., FL
Robert Wilkinson born 10 Dec 1835 Some research has him marrying into the Overstreets, but it looks unlikely to me.
Elizabeth Wilkinson born 13 Aug 1837 in GA died 03 Oct 1897 in Nassau Co., FL
Neil Wilkinson born 18 Nov 1839 in GA married Harriet Catharine Hunter died Abt. 1859 in New River Co., FL
The Wilkinsons may have originated from Richmond Co., NC, and moved to settle in Appling Co., GA. Neil Wilkinson was a postmaster there and the family remained there until after the 1850 Census. Various members of the family can be found in the 1860 New River Co., FL, Census. The John and Robert Wilkinsons who appear in this census seem to be different Wilkinsons from the Neil Wilkinson family. I think this lead to the speculation of Jane, John, and Robert being married to Overstreet and Langford family members. Neil Wilkinson, son of Neil and Elizabeth, was a deputy marshal in New River Co., FL. He had one child with his wife before dying. His widow remarried to Francis Marion Forsyth. Elizabeth Tootle Wilkinson may have been another daughter to Richard Tootle of NC and GA.
