Wilkie/Lawson connection

Looking for the Wilkie/Lawson connection through David Wilkie Lawson born to James Lawson and margaret Webster in Kirriemuir, Scotland 12 Mar 1856

Thats all I know about him, he is a younger brother of my GGGrandfather Willima Ramage Lawson who went to work for an uncle who was in the weaving industry. This was a wide spread industry in the area and the time period.

There is still a textile factory in Kirriemuir called J&D Wilkie founded by James and David Wilkie in the 1860's

Would like to know if there is a connection.

Any Wilkie's from Kirriemuir?
