Hello,

Thanks so much for responding to my query. Wilhite is certainly not a name that I associate with Stafford, but I've found that quite a few of the men on the militia lists were either from Culpeper or Fauquier or moved from Stafford to those counties. I certainly do appreciate the information and have made a note of it. With a name like Martin Wilhite, there can't be too many of them!
