WILFLING FAMILY IN BRITAIN

There is no birth cert in Britain for Wilhelm born 1871, he would have been born in a part of the Austro Empire, came to Britain approx. 1890 and married in 1897 at age of 26. His father was John Wilfling Clerk in a Cigar Factory, deceased before 1897, no records again in Britain.
Presume Wilhelm was interned in 1914, taken away from his family and forced to return to Europe without them, or died while interned at the age of 43. His son born in England was 10 years old in 1914 also no further records of him, in fact all of the family seem to have disappeared after WW1. No records of them in Europe either. My grandmother also disappeared in 1927 and in 1932 the authorities tried to trace her but could not find her. Last known address 46 The Ridgeway, Golders Green, London.
