Lula Wiley who appeared as the wife of Rufus Wiley in the 1930 Randolph County census was married first to Fernando McNabb - he was born ca 1875 in Arkansas. Mary Stokes, enumerated as mother-in-law, was listed in an earlier census as Mary Johnston. Lula and Fernando were living with her in, I believe, 1900 or 1910. So you can rule out this family as yours. Would you expect to find them in 1930 in Alabama or Arkansas? In 1910 there is a family in Hamilton County, Tennessee with Barter [sic] McNabb b. Georgia and his wife, Lula, also b. Georgia. They have three children: Fanny, Acey, Jean . . . . . all born in Georgia indicating that they had just recently moved to Tennessee. Based on what you know, where would you likely find them after 1910? Notify Administrator about this message?
