Lula Wiley who appeared as the wife of Rufus Wiley in the 1930 Randolph County census was married first to Fernando McNabb - he was born ca 1875 in Arkansas.

Mary Stokes, enumerated as mother-in-law, was listed in an earlier census as Mary Johnston. Lula and Fernando were living with her in, I believe, 1900 or 1910.

So you can rule out this family as yours. Would you expect to find them in 1930 in Alabama or Arkansas?

In 1910 there is a family in Hamilton County, Tennessee with Barter [sic] McNabb b. Georgia and his wife, Lula, also b. Georgia. They have three children: Fanny, Acey, Jean . . . . . all born in Georgia indicating that they had just recently moved to Tennessee.

Based on what you know, where would you likely find them after 1910?
