Is this the Aquila Wiley who operated or owned a mill in Harford Co., Md.? Did he go to Fleming or Harrison Co., Ky. about 1781 or so?
Supposedly an Aquila Wiley went to Ky. with my Makemson/McKemson family from Harford Co. to Ky. The McKemson family sold their mill on Jolly Acres in Md. in 1781 to a Matthew Wiley (said to be no relation to Aquila Wiley).
