[Solomon S. Wiley; New Durham; Thanksgiving] (News Article) Date: 1850-12-26; Paper: New Hampshire Sentinel Solomon S. Wiley, aged 19 years,of Durham,New Hampshire, after attending Thanksgiving jollification, shooting turkies, drinking, etc, at the house of a neighbor, started for home saying he felt unwell. Next day he was found about a mile from his father's house, by the side of a foot path, dead, his head lying on a stone, with his cap under his head. He was lying nearly directly on his back, his hands across his stomach, his feet drawn up, his legs crossed and eyes unclosed. The night was very dark and cold, the ground covered with ice. No marks of violence or bruises found on his person. Notify Administrator about this message?
