Charles Wesley Wiles is the son of Frederick Wiles and Sarah Ann Rebecca Jackson Wiles. There are also several children other than those you have listed in your message. Among other information I have census information for the Frederick Wiles family from 1870 and 1880. Frederick died in the 1890's. Frederick and Sarah are also buried in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Frederick according to computer records available at the cemetery office. The parent information on Frederick's computer entry is incorrect. His parents are listed as George and Hannah Brandenburg Wiles. According to the census Frederick was born three years after George died. The Frederick in George and Hannah's family married Mary Lamison so he is not the same Frederick who married Sarah Jackson. Sarah Jackson is the daughter of William and Lillian Jackson. I have lots of information on the Wiles Family in Frederick County which I would be glad to share.
