Hi Lynne,
I have found so few of my family tree relatives that I am thrilled to find even a half a relative!!!!
I have the same info for Sarah Wragg...father George..mother Sarah. I really haven't searched any farther back than that.
I have compiled all of the data that I could find on the Wildman clan...through the 1901 census and am happy to share that with you.
My GGGrandmother Selina Wragg was married to Arthur Robert Flint but after he died she married George Warburton and they moved to Newton in Makerfield. I get the feeling, from the records, that Selina was close to her mother and the Wildman family.
No...I am not any closer to Tamworth than you...in fact...I'm 6000 miles away in California. LOL. But,I was born and raised in Birmingham and am very familiar with the area. I visited Tamworth last year and have some nice photos that I could send you if you like.
Did you know that you can look at the films of Parish Records at the Latter Day Saints Family History Centers? They are all over the world and in fact there are 4 in Yorkshire: Dewsbury, Hull, Sheffield and York. I have used the Center close to my home in California and the folks were most helpful.
