Obituary of Mary Jane (Kaler) Wildasin 1837-1909
DR. WILDASIN’S WIDOW IS DEAD
Mrs. Mary Jane Wildasin, widow of the late Dr. Henry Wildasin, formerly well known physician of Plattsburg, died, Saturday afternoon at her home in 225 South Greenmount Ave.
Mrs. Wildasin had been ill for some time with a complication of diseases, incident to the advancing of 71 years. Until four years ago, when her husband died, she had lived at Plattsburg. She leaves three sons, among whom is Dr. C.O. Wildasin, and one daughter Miss Pearl Wildasin, teacher in the Springfield public schools.
The funeral will be held at 3 o’clock Tuesday afternoon from the People’s church at Plattsburg. Burial will be made in the parish cemetery.
Submitters notes: Mary Jane (Kaler) Wildasin was born on Dec. 29, 1837 in Lancaster Co., PA and died May 29, 1909 in Springfield, Ohio. Mary was the daughter of Jacob and Ann Kaler. She was married Nov. 27, 1858 in Clark Co., Ohio to Dr. Henry Fell Wildasin who was born November 1837 in Ohio and died March 28, 1905 in Plattsburg, Ohio. Their children were: Dr. Charles Oscar Wildasin 1859-1926, George W. Wildasin 1863-?, Andrew J. Wildasin 1866-1898, Homer E. Wildasin 1871-1952, Pearl A. Wildasin 1875-1928, Fanny Wildasin 1877-1879 and Thadeus Wildasin 1882-?.
