Accuracy of "Wildbores in America"

My only intent in posting this message is to ascertain the accuracy of the cited work and not in any way question the integrity of those kind enough to share its contents.

I am attempting to determine the lineage of the Abigail Wilbor who married Ephraim Knap in Taunton abt. 1780.

Per the LDS site, this Abigail was the second Abigail born to Meshach Wilbor.
"The Wilbores in America", states she was the daughter of Joseph Wilbor and Mary Stearns. The only other reference I've found for this couple was a son born in Warwick, MA., abt. 1754.

In my tracing of the Knap(p) line I have found the most prolific author A.A. Knapp to be somewhat less than accurate when not addressing his immediate line. I'm wondering if the same might be true of the Wildbore work.

Any comments or insight would be most appreciated.

Vince Knapp
