I am a descendent of Jacob Weaver. Have you tried Catawba County?

This is from "German Speaking People West of The Catwaba River In North Carolina 1750 - 1800," Lorena Shell Eaker:

"Lincoln County Deed Book 21:426-20 Aug 1799 - Jacob Wild of Burke County, NC to Jacob Weaver (Jr) 50 Acres on South Side of Jacobs River above Conrad Weaver's land granted 18 May 1789 to Jacob Weaver who willed it to his dau Mary Weaver and her heirs and Mary is now wife of Jacob Wild"

Please contact me via email.
