Isaiah Wilcoxen's wife, Fannie Greer, was his first cousin once removed. She was a granddaughter of Benjamin & Nancy Wilcoxen Greer and a great-granddaughter of John & Sarah Boone Wilcoxen.

My information linking Martin Wilcox to the earlier Wilcoxens is probably from the same on-line sources that you found, so I am afraid I cannot provide documentary proof at this point. Still, maybe this will help you a little.
