Bessie, d/o Elijah Wilcox was b. 1847 NY, m. Leotine Erastus Smith 1873 in MN where his family had a farm in Mauston. He wandered, she divorced him in 1899 (children:Leotine, Paul,Edwin,Walter).
1910 Census living with son Paul Smith, Lemonweir, Juneau, WI
1920 Living with her older brother Denton Wilcox in Minneapolis with his daughter Florence, who never married.
1929 died in Civil War Veterans' Widows'Home, King, Waupaca, WI
Do any descendants of these people know about Denton's brother Charles M Wilcox, his supposedly childless wife "Burt", second wife Ida Sadie (Johnson b. 1859 WI?) Arndt acquired in KS, and a Doris Wilcox born 1911 who doesn't show up until 1930 as his daughter living with him and Sadie in FL?
