Graham - sorry for delay in replying, almost two years! JOHN WILCOCK was born 22 October 1864 the first son and fifth of my great-grandparents, Alfred and Martha Wilcock's thirteen children. He married Margaret Lucy Jackson at Greasboro' Parish Church on 21 December 1890 and died in February 1893, being interred in the Churchyard (no memorial). Margaret Wilcock was the third of three daughters born to Edward Jackson (born 1820)and his second wife Sarah (born 1842). In 1901 Edward Jackson was Clerk & Surveyor to the District Council, however he is also described as Council "Collector" and Thrashing Machine proprietor. In 1891 Margaret gave birth to CONSTANCE ALICE WILCOCK who married William Clarke Bagshaw 1921 and shortly after her husband's death, gave birth on 23 April 1893 to EDNA DOROTHEA WILCOCK. Edna married James Sheeran in 1918. John Wilcock died at his parents home whilst Margaret appears to have been living with her parents. Margaret Wilcock died in 1953. John Wilcock had three brothers, Ernest died 1919 at Darnall (unmarried), Alfred married Alice Carr both buried at Harehills Cemetery, Leeds and Cecil 1881-1960 of Shiregreen.
