My G-G-Grandfather John Wilcher was b.1807 in Va.It is said his father was also John and that they were in Ky. in 1820.I know he evidently married there and had a son named Montgomery born abt.1829.Then the following year a son David C.born in Ala.He was said to have been a minister.He must have lost his first wife and married again and had a daughter Sarah Ann bornin Tn.abt.1835.He married his 3rd.wife(my g-g-grandmother)in Alabama in 1840-Francia(Francis)Mahala Doss.They lived in Guntersville,Ala.They had 7 more children.His will was executed in 1856.I want to find out his parents,Wives'names,& I'd like to find out what happened to all the children.I only know about 4 of them-My G-grandfather,H.T.,David Delaney.Caroline & Rebecca.They came to Texas with their Mother,spouses and in-laws in a wagon train in 1873 driving cattle & horses along and it took them 3 months for the trip to Ferris,Tx.-<peggynelson4@aol.com>
