Vernon Earl Wilcher, 60, Beech Grove, died Oct. 14. He was a lithographer 38 years for Lithopress, retiring in 1997. Mr. Wilcher was a member of Graphic Communications International Union Local 303. Services: 1 p.m. Oct. 16 in Little & Sons Funeral Home, Beech Grove, with calling from 2 to 8 p.m. Oct. 15. Burial: Memorial Park Cemetery. Survivors: wife Donna L. Schilling Wilcher; sons Douglas H., Terry L. Wilcher; brothers Gerald, Cleo Wilcher; sisters Violet Mattingly, Anna Lee Hoyt; four grandchildren.
(Vernon was the son of Matt Green Wilcher and Anna Elizabeth Smith) He was born in Acton, Marion County, Indiana.
