James b abt 1796 was married to Jane (a native of Montgomeryshire born about 1816). In the 1841 Census they are living in East Bradenham Norfolk where he is described as a horse dealer. By 1851 he has died and she has remarried to Daniel Chaplin but two of their children are living with her in Great Ellingham: Martha aged 8 and Thomas aged 7 (born Deopham). I believe Martha may have married George Hodges in 1867 whilst Thomas married Harriet (surname unknown b 1844 Burston) around 1865. Their son Thomas Walton (clue to Harriets surname?) married Nellie Peake and was a butcher in Dickleburgh Norfolk. If anyone has any interest in this family or information on their relatives I would be pleased to hear from them.
