Hi,
This probably won`t help on your part of the family but I do know that the Wilbur name started in Massachusetts. My mother was a Wilbur.The spelling of the name was also different years ago.What I thought was interesting is that Wilber Nebraska was founded by I believe Charles Wilber who had ties with the Raynham,Ma. area Wilbur`s.
The name Samuel Wilbur was the first to come to New England.If you google his name you will find alot about him..Joyce
