Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Hello Michael,

If I may offer you some advice, if you're interested in starting to do your family tree. The best thing is to speak to the oldest members of your family whether they be grandparents, aunts, uncles, whoever, and start asking them if they know the names of their parents and grandparents and other info like where they were born or married. Once you've done that, if you need any further help, don't hesitate to get in touch.

Madrid.
