My mothers family were Wigley of BonsallWirksworth (a little time at Castleton)..Wigleys were Shoe Makers and Mine Owners at Bonsall and married into Henstocks of Slaley Hallwhose kin also married into my fathers Hawley, Wheatcroft, Frost Spencer and Killer family of Middleton By Wirksworth and Hopton...
My 5xGrandfather was Peter Simpson who married Elizabeth Curzon of Crich in 1719He was Uncle to Adam Simpson whose daughter Mary married Richard Arkwright 2nd...Adam and Peters Grandforebares were James and Grace Simpson nee Wigley of BonsallWirksworth respectively...Grace was of my kinshipdau of Ralph Wigley I believe..
