the Iowa 51st expects to start for Manilla from San Francisco about July 15.
Recently the 51st drilled in the presence of a large concourse of people, and
were pronounced the best drilled regiment in California.James KELLEY, Ralph
GRENAWALT, Morgie GRAHAM and John RITTER are all in the 51st.Race KENT is
also in San Francisco in the 20th Kansas.

Rico or Spain, in his country's service. He is getting accustomed to the
hardships and privations of a soldier's life, and knows what it is to go hungry when
the "meat is not as fresh as it might be."He and Willie BLAIR are well and
on duty.
Sick headache, biliousness, constipation, and all liver and stomach troubles
can be quickly cured by using those famous little pills known as De Witt's
Little Early Risers. They are pleasant to take and never gripe.
