monica, sorry to take so long to get back to you, I was on vacation and just got back a few days ago. Yes It appears to be the same one. here is what I have in my notes on him.

Albert moved to Oregon County, Missouri in 1872 and settled on a farm near Thayer. He was a county Judge and a Justice of the Peace for many years, as well as a Mason, and also a member of the United Baptist Church. Albert passed away on Thursday, June 13, 1918.
