I believe the above is the correct line. There are four Wiggintons listed on the 1820 Pendleton Co. SC. If I remember correctly these Wiggintons moved from VA to SC.
None of your Wiggintons are listed on the 1900 census by any spelling that I could find.
Correct spelling to Fletcher Wigginton as he is listed on the 1910 and 1920 Alcorn MS census. Louisa and John E. are on the 1920 census but not indexed they are on the next page after Fletcher'slisting.
