Hi,
Yes I have researched Elizabeth McCullough through 2 more marriages and a move to California to her death. My William CR Wiggins moved to California about 1873 and I can follow him to his death in 1921. His 2 siblings were Mary and Catherine. I have followed them--nothing really leads to anything else. I was thinking that perhaps the Robert part of his name was a nod to his mother's father, Robert Exum McCullough. I have not been able to make any sort of connection to a "Charles" Wiggins. I was just hoping that you might have found a clue that might lead me to a wonderful answer. I have even followed or at least tried to follow Elizabeth's siblings. Nothing really clicks.
