We'd like to help you but your information is so vague. Can you give us a better time-line here? If there was an "s" on the end of the surname you might consider she descends of Thomas Wiggins of Long Island, NH who immigrated in the mid-1630's. Also, the "s" being the case you might post to the WIGGINS board for some help.
